I had placed an order for a mobile phone – Xperia ZL from Kaunsa.com on the 18th of February 2013 (Order No. KA/67320/TFU4QMIV). I received a confirmation mail that the order shall be received in 21 days. It is the 14th Of March and I still haven’t received the product for which I have already paid INR 29,499/- via VISA BillPay online. The customer care gives me dates and tells me that they will send me a tracking report on my mail regarding the dispatch but they dont’t do so. Moreover they have stopped responding to my calls.
I have mailed them for a refund but I have only recently found out that the website is a fraud and that other people have been duped. Although their loss wasn’t as big as mine as it seems I have been duped of INR 29,499/-
I would request that I get my money back from this fraudulent organisation and this website be shut and the people behind this be penalised with appropriate legal procedure.
