I had place an order for Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos from KAUNSA.COM on 09.07.2013 and made the full payment through my Standard Chartered Credit Card. Below are the details of the order:- Order Number: KA/145474/1YXB72LR Item Code : MOB/MOB/SAM/7810 Date of order: Tuesday, 09.07.2013 Product: Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos Price: Rs 6625 Payment Done: Total Rs 7579 (Rs 6625- original price + Rs 954 -additional cost due to price issue) Complaint Ticket No to Kaunsa website.: Kaun/T145474/F6AM4BASRP I got the confirmation from order@kaunsa.com on the same day 09.07.2013 but there was no shipping information regarding the product I purchased. Next day, I submitted my ticket raising query for shipment details and also called up customer care of KAUNSA.COM (+91 120 4835000) regarding the delivery status/ date of the product. Customer Care replied that the shipping and delivery date will be confirmed soon. Since then I kept on following them for one month for shipping details through submission of tickets (Total 16 and responded 4) and phone calls but nothing was updated. On 31.07.2013, I had a conversation with their customer care executive Mr Arush Kumar. He informed me that the product could not be delivered for price issue and the new price of the ordered product was Rs 7579. He told me that the product could be delivered on payment of addition amount of Rs 954 towards the additional amount due to price hike of my order. On my acceptance, Kaunsa offered me a link https://secure.payu.in/processInvoice?invoiceId= 4d9dcfc029 e635ddc8b910407802a4f817e5c9b6d1964c495922d3fa9e8986fe to initiate transaction on 31.07.2013 for payment of Rs 954. Accordingly, I paid Rs 954 through the link provided by Kaunsa. After one month long follow up for delivery of my order no 145474, Kaunsa customer care executive Mr Nitin informed me on 09.08.2013 that “My order product is out of stock”. Hence they were not able to deliver the product. He offered me either refund or some exchange coupons of same amount etc. but I denied for exchange coupons and immediately submitted a ticket to refund my total amount of Rs 7579 paid by Credit Card (Rs 6659 Trn dated 09.07.2013+ Rs 954 trn dated 31.07.2013) paid towards this order No 145474 to Kaunsa. And also intimated to update the refund details urgently. Now it’s 17.08.2013, full one week over but no refund and no response. Please help.
Immediate recovery of Rs 7579 paid by Credit Card (Rs 6659 Trn dated 09.07.2013+ Rs 954 trn dated 31.07.2013) paid towards order No KA/145474/1YXB72LR Item Code : MOB/MOB/SAM/7810 to Kaunsa.com by the way of refund ie credit to my same debited credit card account.
