I purchased a product from this site on 21 nov 2013 my order number is KA/194280/FOFMNS5B and the product i ordered is V Neck Long Sleeve Pure Color Sweater Pink. According to their policy they have to deliver the product by max 15 days and the expected date of delivery was 6 dec 2013. But till date I’ve no information either of the product or of its shipment details. I mailed them but no help tried calling the customer service they don’t pick most of the time or even if they do they ask to call in evening or next day for the shipping details which they don’t provide at that time also. Please help me out Thanks

I needed the product for an important occasion which has passed but still it is mental trauma trying their phone number for at least half an hour which they don’t pick and even if they do they don’t provide any details.
