Kaunsa.com – Non Delivery of product

I have ordered a samsung galaxy tab from Kaunsa.com . The product was originally priced at 13900 . After 20 days of non delivery when i checked , i was informed the product price was incorrectly listed and can not be delivered at that price . On request for refund of my money , i was told they will not refund and can only offer vouchers which i can use to shop on Kaunsa . With no choice given i agreed and received the vouchers . I reordered the same product on 16 July 2013 now priced at 14900 and was provided a delivery date of July 31 2013 . I still have not received the product . Every time we call them or raise a complaint ticket , they inform of delay from vendor . My Complaint ticket number with Kaunsa is : KA/138029/0Q87R8NZ

Full refund of my money or deliver the product
