Kaunsa.com – Non Delivery of Product

sir i booked a samsung galaxy y duos lite phone from kaunsa.com on 24march 2013. but the product was undelivered in due time. i contacted firstflight courier many times but they failed to track the order so i again called kaunsa.com to send the item as soon as possible. But they kept telling me to wait for 2 days – 3 days- 1 week and all but nothing happend. after 4 months i asked them to refund my money, but they refused to refund whereas they offered me a voucher code through which they again asked me to again order the product. last july i again ordered the same product with adding some more money, the due time of delivery was 15august but last days they called me and said we cant send you this product please use a voucher code again also they said i should use this to order same product use it for any other product. now i do not want to talk to this company, i want compensation of my last 5months wasted in calls.

sir i need my money back with compensation whatever lawful.
