Kaunsa.com – Non delivery of product

I had booked a mobile from Kaunsa.com on 05th June 2013 wide Ticket No. Kaun/T131778/6JKVX5SPK7 and did payment of Rs. 5636/- through online banking. Kaunsa.com informed me that mobile will be delivered to me by 30th June 2013. When I inquired on 03rd July, 2013, then only came to know that they wont be able to deliver the mobile, so they gave me two options, first one to refund the amount and second one to give voucher coupon. I clearly said that pls refund my amount and they said within 10-15 days, money will be credited in my bank account. Till today, my money has not been credited in my bank account. I have inquired number of time to Kaunsa.com and always got same reply that they are facing problem in payment gateway, so I had no other option and ask them to issue me a voucher and they issued voucher on 23rd Aug, 2013. Again I order another mobile on 29th Aug, 2013 (Karbonn Titanium S1 Rs. 6941) and this time I clearly asked to Kaunsa.com prior to order that whether this product is available or not on the mentioned price and got reply that they are having this on the mentioned price. Then I booked the mobile on 29th Aug, 2013 and got reply from their side that product will be delivered by 13th Sept, 2013 but till today I have not received anything. Even number of times I have asked them to refund my whole amount but they are not refunding. Rather than they are just saying that by this week or next week or so long…. product will be delivered. Now, I do not want the product and asking them to refund my amount only.

I just want my money back.
