hello team , I have ordered mobile phone Fom “kaunsa.com” my oreder id is 174472. After 2 day i have cancelled order and called them not to dispatch my order and cancelled it . They have cancelled my order from there side . After that they agree to refund my money ASAP . from last 5 days they are just saying that tommrow email will be sent regarding confrimation and all stuff. And today they told me that they have sended me volcher code for same amount which i disagree at the very first call that i dont want volcher code i want money but still they sent me volcher code . when i called them regarding this they said we have sent you volcher code you have to use it when i disagree they said drop a mail we will get back by tommorw . i am fed up daily i have to call this people and they dont answer call at once i have to call them 3 4 times in continous then they recieve my call . i am fed up with them . I think you can help me to get my money back . You are the only hope left with me . PLease help me out of this stuff. customer care no :01204835000
