Kaunsa.Com Online Shopping Order Not Delivered – No Customer Care

I had place an order KA/145017/URFBIWJW on 8-JULY-2013 and made the full payment through my Standard MASTER DEBIT Card. I got the confirmation from order@kaunsa.com on the same but there was no shipping information regarding the product I purchased. After 2-3 days I called up customer care of KAUNSA.COM (+91 120 4835000 ) regarding the delivery date of the product and CC replied that the shipping and delivery date will be confirmed soon. I wrote a mail to support team regarding the delivery date and got no reply.

I talk to him on phone he asked me delivery date 23.07.2013 but after this date he ask me 27.07.2013 but after this date he gain ask me 1 Agust.now I believe that he is a fraud company.then he is not pick my phone 100 of my rupees spend on call him

I have been calling them since 27-July-. Today morning I shouted and after 20 mins phone cut automatically and he not pick my phone further.

This web site is totally fraud and they keeping customer’s money for so many days and at the end they reply that product cannot be delivered due to some reason. I had purchased this mobile for official purpose and due this issue I have been into stress and lost Rs. 6625. I need proper compensation from KAUNSA.COM. Below are the details of the order:- Your Order Number Is KA/145017/URFBIWJW Date: Sat, 27 July 2013 14:41:25 These people are cheating and I do not how come such web is still running. If you will browse the google for Kaunsa.com reviews you will find so many such complaints against them. Is’nt there any law which can stop them for doing such cheat?

I am expecting to have strong action and my refund + compensation for the suffering I have been through mentally and financially.
