Dear Sir/Madam, I am registering complaint against kaunsa.com for not delivering ordered product. My Order Number:KA/143581 Order Date:10-07-2013 Product:Lava Xolo Q 800 Paid Amount:Rs.8475 Delivery Time:7-10 Days(As in your Website order page) Delivery Time:10-15 After enquiring your customer care executive. Delayed days:22 days(until 01-08-13). Cancellation of order Requested on 24-07-2013 itself. Even i have requested cancellation and refund they are not confirming my cancellation request till now. They mailed me in replies like that they have forwaded the order to seller and it is in processing state and ready for dispatch and the shipping details will be updated as soon.etc… And finally they have given me 2 options. 1.Change my order 2.Gift Voucher value of Rs.8475 And i have cleared mentioned the customer care executive and i would not accept both. Reasons: 1.I dont like to purchase it with higher price than the ordered one. 2.I already requested them to cancel but they have replied with false assurances of order Delivery. 3.I Would not like to place order with them again, As i have seen lots of complaints like this with consumers. 4.If they sent me gift voucher and i will not approve it.I wont use this gift coupon.I Dont need to purchase another products . 5.I have faced lot of troubles with this order itself. 6.Giving false assurances of order Delivery on every time through mail and Even through Customer care Telephonic support. 7.Already waited long enough.I dont trust them anymore. I have requested them to cancel my order and refund Rs.8475. I have reported with HDFC Bank regarding the payment dispute with their service. I have already have lodged complaint against them and reported with my Bank also. Kindly revert back.Kindly help me to get refund.
