I have ordered a Micromax E390, mobile phone online on 10th July 2013 and I paid instantly using online payment gateway, after receiving payment they said, it will be dispatched in two days, but it was not, when inquired they said, it has been dispatched through Blue Dart couriers, and on asking consignment number, they replied it will be informed to me soon. But I heard nothing from them after that day, then I made hundereds of calls they answered one at last, and said, product is out of stock (which was never notified to me). Hence, they were lying earlier, now when I asked for refund, they said, please take our voucher and purchase something else. But they are not ready to give refund
I want my refund back plus compensation for mental harassment that I have been going through due to Kaunsa.com’s worst customer service. plus I want my Rs. 1000 that has been spent by me due to this situation. I want you to take strict action against them as soon as possible. There are a lot of victims of this company. Kindly take some legal action against them and help me in getting my refund + compensation. Thanks.
