i was ordered yxtel make mobile handset on kaunsa.com which is very similar to samsung galaxy noteiii. but the seller sent me very ordinary phone which doesn’t have any brand. the original phone is single sim and i received dual sim. all the specifications of the received phone are diffenrent than ordered. no any warranty card in the box. no user manual with box. i had communicated several time with caunsa.com customer care but they are not refunding the amount the not giving the replacement for that unwanted phone. they were also charged me heavy amount for this cheap quality phone 9760/- my order no was kaun/209486 & the no showing on the courier slip is 16184.

i was contacted too much time with them but very poor response from their side. i need full refund. they were promised 30 day return but they are not doing as per they mentioned on their site.
