i place a one order of Note III Mobile as per given details on website “kaunsa.com” (http://www.kaunsa.com/Detail/48714/Galaxy-Note-III-6-Inch-2-GB-RAM.html). Given below are the order details… Order date: 20th November 2013 Order # KA/192956/N7P6P4P3 Payment Type: Online using Credit Card Amount: Rs.6999 As per order this mobile comes with “Android 4.3 version, 32GB internal memory, 2GB RAM, 1.9 GHz Quad + 1.3 GHz Quad processor and GPS” But they send me a completely different cheap china made mobile with very less configuration! For the same I already inform on item delivery date: 2nd December 2013. And their team also promise me to take this cheap mobile back (reverse pickup) and provide refund on time as per their site ticket ID: Kaun/T192956/NLBZ23EHX3. But after that nothing! No reverse pickup as per promise + No refund. I send them lots of emails + Phone calls but nothing!

Full Refund + compensation (not less than Rs.1000) for this much tension
