I placed an order vide Order Id KA/176775 at Kaunsa.com and paid an amount of RS 5272/- on 20th October 2013. But the company was unable to deliver the products ordered by me. Further, when i requested to refund the amount, i have been issued with vouchers. Further on reference of the refund policy the company agreed to process the refund, and assured that the same will be done in short time. However till then number of mail and phone calls have been done but they are only promising to do, but not doing refund actually. the series of mails is attached, where it can be seen that on each and every time they are seeking more time and nothing else.

Rs 5272/- + interest thereon with equivalent penalty on the company
