Kelvinator washing machine – Performance Review

hi….. My kelvinator washing machine is out of order since 60days with fault. i registered the same multiple time at toll free number and Even after my consistent follow up they come to attend and later it was closed its been last 60days and its more then 10 complaints even I am surprised that service executive has no idea that how harassing it is for me and it cost me financially also, be it directly or indirectly in short wasting of time of both. Again on 08/07/2014 i lodged the same complain about fault of washing machine vide complain no. ahm 0807140010.still after 60 days my washing machine is out of order. The heights is that as the service executive came this time and said that part has gone faulty so we have to replace it as machine is in warranty period and we also ordered it and we will get it from Aurangabad which is said warehouse of parts by executive….but even after this much service faliure and harassment I am not getting that either it is level of service failure or it is level of top management’s less control about after sale service… its been 10 complaints,10 service failure within last 60 days as well as since july 8 2014 when the last complaint lodged neither the parts were replaced nor the matter has been resolved..rest i am attaching the bill scan image along with mail. kindly look in the matter as soon as possible or I should have to go for legal solution as well as it will break faith in this company as well as videocon group.hope this matter will get resolved on urgent basis.

i want replace the faulty part on urgent basis or the whole machine as its in warranty perioed….and service should be done on time
