i had registered a compliant regarding functionality of motor of KENSTAR air cooler which has a coverage of warranty . KENSTAR IS PROMISING THE FAKE PROMISES OF RESOLVING THE COMPLANT IN 48 HOURS.. the compliant registered with them compliant no. VIJ2103140011…. but they themselves had cancelled the compliant showing the pretext that we don’t have the bill. THE FACT WAS THAT THE SAID MECHANIC DIDN’T MADE HIS PRESENCE AT OUR PLACE …. later on we have registered with them on may 5th …. but they were making a delay without proper communication … and we had our warranty completing this month.

The air cooler will basically used in the month of march,april and may …. but these months we don’t have the air cooler functioning with us… which will be used by grand father who is a cancer victim .. he suffered due to lack of air cooler
