I was using kenstar mixer / grinder for last 10 years. I am really satisfied with the kenstar product. It’s truly worth the price. Till now i have no complain. But recently something happening with me which is disappointing. Almost 40-45 days back i have given my mixer/grinder to kenstar service center for servicing. But till now i didn’t get back my mixer. As per the information from the zonal sales manager the service center is closed. So nobody is sure by when i will get back. With several follow ups i am really fed up with the response. In recent times i am also not able to contact the zonal sales manager.

I am having a patient in my home and it is almost 45 days i am not able to cook food for the same. I want my mixer / grinder to be back immediately with a severe penalty.
