This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased Kenstar Hand blander Jazz DX on 18/11/2012 from Next Retail India Ltd.Rander Road Adajan Surat Gujarat 395009. This appliance stopped working and I contacted the Kenstar Service Centre for repairing the appliance to Tekcare India Pvt.Ltd. Nanpura Surat Gujarat 395001service person name:-Tushar Mob.No:-9662531626. When I had deposited the article to company service centre they have given me just a slip no 335 on dated 28/03/2013 for the receipt of article and they promised me that it is small matter and they will soon fix the problem and return the appliance in working condition. I beg to state that the company service centre harassed me by promising that the repair will be done soon. I went to them several times but always told me new story every time. I wasted a lot of time and energy in following up with them but nothing happened till date. After visiting for so many times to their place they lastly told me that the particular part is not available and they will replace it free of cost as it is under Warranty. But even after several reminders and visits they never bothered to solve my problem. Even I contacted their main service centre 079 39404040 at Gandhinagar. But they also did not respond to my problem. I request your good self to redress my grievance and please instruct the Company to do justice to their customer.
