We purchased this Kenstar microwave oven OM 23 EGO from Vashi, Navi Mumbai around 8 years back.Since past one and half years, it has been giving us lot of trouble. Main problem is with the panel. It stops working after every 2-3 months and we get it replaced. Since, the model is old, the mechanic told us it is difficult to get replacement in the market. 2 months back Mr. Anwar came and he took the panel for replacement but never returned. On making repetitive complaints, we came to kow that he is absconding. But, after speaking to other executives, nobody has bothered to get the part replaced. Currently, we are not in a financial position to buy a new oven.Nor, we have the capacity to pay 2000 bugs to get the part replaced in every 3 months. Request you to kindly take immediate action and help us.

I am a retired and currently not in a position to buy a brand new oven. Request you to get my panel done so that the oven is in working condition. Since, the panel was taken and the guy went absconding, it is not our responsibility to find him, but the company’s onus to get our panel replaced.
