Kent – defective product and pathetic service

i had bought Kent Excell+ water purifier (which is supposed to be their best product worth Rs.18000/-approx) from its distributor NC Sales & Services Kolkata in December 2012 and have been facing problems since the machine has been installed there is some manufacturing defect with the product and it stops working or there is some problem with it every week and service by them is pathetic the technician comes to visit 3 days after the complaint is lodged and then after 3 days to repair what he found out was wrong with it leaving us suffering this has been going on for more than a year and inspite of so much trouble i gave a comprehensive AMC contract worth Rs.4720/- to NC Sales & Services where i was promised by the sales executive of NC Sales Mr. Dipak Nayak that all my parts would be covered under it for free replacement and they will take care of everything but now again i am facing a problem and now they are saying that only internal parts are covered and you have to pay for the external parts and untill you pay we will not repair and for this i have complained to them and the company numerous times but they are not willing to listen i have spoken to Mr. Jeebak from kent company the owner on Nc sales and lot of executives of NC Sales but no one is willing to help me.

i would like the company to refund me the money for the defective machine and return me my AMC money and also compensate me for the health of my family and the amount that i have spent on bottles of mineral water all this while they are free to take the the machine back i will buy another machine of some other company as i am fed up of this company and its distributor NC Sales
