Kent – faulty Additional filter there is no response from dealer

We got Kent reinstalled at our new location through the service person from Aishwarya Dealer. The person sold us an additional filter for the cost of Rs 1750 saying that this filter increases the life of Kent machine. We got the additional filter installed. Next day when we were back from work in the evening, there was water all around and filter was continuously leaking. We had kept electronic food processor beneath Kent machine which became inoperative after water had gone inside it. Moreover our wood furniture was damaged due to water. We called up Aishwarya dealer and told them the problem. They sent the service person again after multiple follow ups. The person said the threads were not proper and changed the additional filter. Next day again when we were back from work, we saw water all around. It is then our patience broke and we asked Aishwarya dealer to take the machine back and give us the refund of Rs 1750. But the service person again visited from Aishwarya and just disconnected the machine and did not give us any refund. We also talked to Bangalore branch manager Mr Magesh and he told that he will get the matter resolved. I also took the matter with Akosha but it was of no use. Its been over a month now there is no response either from Aishwarya Dealer or from Mr Magesh.

1. Full refund of additional filter sold to us. 2. Compensation for the damage done to electronic appliances and wooden furniture.
