It is to bring into your notice that i have bought a kent grand ro , and have recently shifted to derrabssi from gurgaon , but it has been almost 7 days since my relocation i have requested all at the service centre , they gave me a no of Mr Raina incharge chandigarh , i have been continuously following up with him for past 5 days , but nobody approached us for re-installation . I would share my experience with other people , So that they dont fall into the trap of after sales service guarantee by you and would never recommend KENT as a brand.

Reinstallation to be done immediately and Rs 1000 as reimbursement for delay in service
