Purchased through canteen stores dept ,Bangalore installed on 21 December,2012 by Srinivasa aqua sales and services 178/10 4th cross ,venkatapura main road , near koramangala 1st block Bangalore 560034. Phone no. 9742620121 ‘9916478206 The RO continuously malfunctioned From march 2013 onwards. The service centre sent technicians who were ill trained …after repeated phone calls and mails to the customer care ,mr Rao intervened and finally in April after paying for additional filter and tubes the RO was functional. Again 23 June 2012 ,the problem began….every day we phoned the service centre but they never sent any technician ..the mail trail with Mr Rao restarted. After one month they sent a technician and said I would have to pay for the membrane replacement as they had replaced it in April already. The warrantee card says FREE membrane replacement for ONE year. I am not responsible if gets bad. They have now refused to repair the RO .
