I purchased Kent RO AMC last year in Dec 2013 in Delhi through Kent RO Systems Ltd. by paying the amount by cheque in favour of Kent RO Systems Ltd.. At that time, my plan was to move to Bangalore in Feb 2014, I asked if this AMC is valid in Bangalore too, Kent executive told me yes it is valid. I got the service by Kent Engineers in Delhi but when I landed in Bangalore, Kent refused to provide me service against my AMC. They said AMC is valid only in Delhi. There is no written terms and condition on AMC was shared. This is totally fraud on Kent RO part.
