KFintech the company which offers Registrar services to Mutual Fund AMC is the Worst Service Provider when it comes to customer.

1. Complaint has to be Lodged only by email
2. Complaint Lodged 7 days ago – No Reply from the Company. When tried to follow up by calling, nobody gives an answer and they will say wit for some more time, somebody will revert
3. Mail Back Statement Service on https://mfs.kfintech.com/investor/General/ConsolidatedAccountStatement doesn’t work at all
4. If you have held Mutual Funds through Depository, then only God Can save you as the Number of units and Amount reflected on AMC Website is totally different.

The Securities and Exchange Borad of India (SEBI) is supposed to be pro-actively monitoring these complaints but unfortunately they have resorted to laid back attitude thus causing immense pain to consumers.
