Dear Sir, This is Abhinay Bhardwaj want to file a complaint againest one of your kidzee school Green Field Colony in Faridabad(Harayana) managed by Mr. Hemant Bansal and Mrs. Anjali Bansal. I got admission of my child Name Atharv Bhardwaj S/O Mr. Abhinay Bhardwaj R/O B-162, 1st Floor, Left Side, Green Field Colony Faridabad (Harayana). He got admission in K.G class in April 2013 and paid the total charges of 12500.00 (which Includes Registration Amount : Rs.1000, One Time Registration Charges(Bags, Books, Almance etc charges : Rs. 5500.00, Caution Money Refundable : Rs. 1000 And Quaterly Fees : Rs. 5500.00). The total amount deposited is Rs. 12500 through Cheque No 843841 dated 15/04/2013 ICICI bank payable at Kidzee Little Champs).I have Orginal reciepts of Zee Learn Logo on it. Earlier they haven’t inform us that they are not authorised to run K.G class in the school premises. He got the Kidzee school dress after 2 months after many followups and fake books and dairy (No Zee network Logo otherwise all is same today i kn ow about this) Now this week i got shifted in Crossing Republic ghaziabad and ask the Principal (Mrs. Anjali Bansal) regarding the transfer procedure. She gave me only no dues certificate on Zee Network Letter Head with stamp and signature and told me you need not to pay registration fees again and quaterly fees you need to pay.Now today we go for admisssion in crossing republic branch and contact principal. She clearly told me that for admission she wants Transfer Certificate from Zee Learn system. She also saw the diary and the books provided Faridabad School. She told me the most of the contents are same except Logo. They are making fool to you peoples. Now we again contact Mrs. Anjali Bansal regarding this. Now she is saying our K.G is not registered with Zee Learn . We are running our own personal classes here and we are not able to provide the Transfer Certiificate. Today i also maek a complaint to Mr Deepak (in Marketting Dept) at Noida office. He listen my whole issue and told me to solve this issue by their end and get my money refund with compensation. Sir, First this is totally illegal to run his/her personal classes in Zee premises and second they are not telling the parents that they are not registered (K.G Class) with Zee Learn. They are making fool to us and other parents and also they are playing from the children future also. I think there is aroung 15 more childs studying in K.G Class and almost all the parents havn’t know about this situation otherwise they never gets admission int his branch. and the and major things are 1. Fees reciepts are Zee Learn logo. 2. School Dress is Kidzee Logo (Blue Nikkar and Light Yellow T Shirt) Earlier she told me that it comes from Mumbai and sizes not available when the dress was delay. We also deposited Summer Camp in June Reciept No 0472 Rs. 1200 dated 14-05-2013 Cheque no 843842 and again we deposited Quaterly Fees (July to Sep 2013)

My compensation for 5 months approx. is totally wastage for my child.
