I’ve purchased King Size Box Bed from elegant home decor on 20.06.2012 for Rs. 24000. After 3 months of purchase there was frequent fungus problems due to defect of plywood material for which they have provided services for cleaning the same at regular intervals. But as of now the problem is more frequent and it arises within 15 days and also leading to health and epidemic problems. I’ve requested for exchange of the bed through letter dated 18.08.2013 after the letter they have again provided cleaning services and used several chemicals for cleaning and assured that your problem will be resolved after it. But the problem persists and the firm is not ready to exchange the same even after knowing the defects.

Due to regular fungus problem in the bed it is leading to health and epidemic problems and not at all tolerable. fungus is just like whitish spots all around the bed. I humbly request to take up the matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest.
