I have requested the DGCA and Ministry of Civil Aviation for implementation of its order Civil Aviation Requirements, Section 3-Air Transport Series M, Part II, Issue I dated 22nd May, 2008. Due to non-implementation or callous attitude of the implementing agency, i have not received refund for tickets for five persons from Kingfisher Airlines. The flights for 13.11.2012 from delhi to Imphal and Imphal to Delhi for 27.11.2012 were cancelled by Kingfisher Airlines due to suspension of its license. I have requested the the airlines many times through calls and e-mails. I also sent mails to MO Civil Aviation and DGCA. But no replies received. My ticket Nos. are 0902473050253, 0902473050254, 0902473050255, 0902473050256, 0902473067486 and PNR nos are OLPVFA and OOIAJL. The airline has also given me an ID to my complaint, i.e. 563784, which remains unattended.
