I have bought a sofa from King’s Furnitures, 19-20 Hariom Heritage, Sec-21, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Ph 9821082721 on 24/11/12 but after 3-4 months its stitching came out from 2-3 places and recron filled in sofa also lost its thickness. For this I complained to him atleast 10 times but after so many assurances nobody attended my complains. Still whenever I complain to him about this problem he seems sorry but ultimately all goes in vain. Now I don’t want to confront with him I just want my money back because within a year sofa lost all its thickness and stitching also losing its grip and after repeated complains no response from his side. Thanks
