KLM Airlines – Staff was really very Rude unprofessional

I had really pathetic and horrible experience while with KLM Airlines. I did my Check-in at Delhi, on 18th Jan with PNR#NG1ZQW India. The Ground Staff was really very Rude and unprofessional I had extra luggage (1 bag) with me and I was prepared to pay the extra charges applicable but the behavior of the the booking executive (Ms. K Kaur) was very rude and she misbehaved with me as I have committed some crime by taking some extra luggage. I was charged 225$ penalty + I was forced to throw comforter from my cabin bag mentioning that you can’t take comforter in the cabin bag + I was insulted.

I want compensation of $50000 also extra charges should be displayed in website as well as checkin centers.
