As I discussed on Customer support call, On 10th December I have purchased Panasonic 42″ LED TVby credit card payment. Kohinoor shop delivered me the same on 11th December at 9PM. When we opened the TV 3d glasses was missed so I checked the box. On the box I observed it was 40″ LED Box and all serial numbers was scratched. I called at Kohinoor shop but nobody picked my phone. So I have visited the shop immediately so realized they have sent me the display piece in old 42″ box manually. I am calling them and requesting to give me fresh piece but no response from that shop and they are saying sales person(Denis) is on leave from which you have purchased this piece. Sales Person name – Denis and Arvind
At least they should deliver me the fresh piece or return my money back so I can take any decision. Initial stage if they are not giving proper response the I am not sure for future.
