I have installed 2 nos Kohler Freelance wall mounted lav in white in 2 bathrooms in Dec 2007. Within one year in Sept 2008 both developed cracks and as per my complaint free replacement was done for both(complaint no. 2417 dtd 01.09.2008) To my surprise again the same cracks developed in the new replaced items in 2012 and they again replaced both vide their order no.1000811024 dtd 28.12.2012 and invoice number 9890037XXX. To my utter surprise and shock even this replaced once started cracking again a complaint was lodged. Without giving any reason they again replaced both items vide their order no.10000965875 dtd 31.10.2013 and invoice number 9890045304 dtd 06.11.2013. All this times they only replaced but did not agree to fit the same and I had to spent Rs.2500 each time for getting the old one removed and fixing the new ones. Now I have noted that even the new ones have developed cracks and a new complaint has been lodged with them by me vide complaint no.140408148743.

I want my money back for both the items plus the amount I have paid for fixing and removing the damaged items upto now. Or else Kohler India to change the model from Freelance to any other model which will not have this type of developing cracks.
