I am a life advisor in Kotak life Insurance co ltd, my ID – 60812058 . Amount of credit/payment by Kotak life insurance during FY 2019-20 as per 26AS differs with that of as per my statement of account. date Amt as per 26AS 31.3.20 Rs 12906.87 no credit given to my account 18.10.19 Rs 842. 11 do 30.9.19 Rs 22499.96 do In spite of my various complain over phone,they are not responding.

Even after several requests KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is not providing me form 16 for the FY 2019 – 20. I want to file IT return for FY 2019-20 as the last date is approaching. Kotak life does not provide me Form 16 for FY 2019-20.
