I had applied for a used car loan with Kotak Mahindra via Agreement no: CF-7687275 on 31 Jauary 2012 for an amount of 3,03,839.00 I never received the amount from Kotak and have been paying Monthly Instalments for 9,175.00 monthly since 10 March 2012. Also the Bank has taken the Original Registration Papers for Transfer to my name and have not returned them till date

I have been paying EMI’s for almost 2 years and have still not received the Original Loan amount. Also with the bank not providing the registration documents I am having to face a lot of issues from Traffic Police.

Require the LOan amount to be given and also the Original documents for registration
