I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank. Customer Id is 19237756. I tried to make a transaction of Rs.50,000 using IMPS service provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank Mobile Banking service on 19 Jan, 2014. While making the transaction, it showed me a error message, that the transaction could not be completed. However, the amount of 50,000 got debited from my account immediately. On calling the customer contact centre they informed me that the amount can not be credited before 5 days.
I want to be compensated for the penalties that I will face due to delayed payment and also the loss of interest on the amount that I would have earned if I kept it in SBI overdraft account. I also want to be compensated for the inconvenience caused due to not being able to meet emergency expenses.
