Sir, I got frustrated from Kotak securities services & team which was assigned to me because they promises to me false promises and now they are not accepting the same. Please help me to get save other peoples to save this type of fraud/false promises done by sales team members of Kotak. I am explaining the material facts below. In the month of Nov. I logon to Kotak & Sharekhan website to open the open the Demat account. I got the call from Kotak (Abhishek-9415300790) and explain the things that I want to open a De mat account 3 in one facility and going to deeper then he said that he will arrange the call with his seniors i.e.. Mukesh, and in the conversation with Mukesh I clearly told him that I WILL NOT PAY AND ACCOUNT OPENING CHARGES JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE LOTS OF COMPANIES WHO ARE PROVIDING THIS TYPE OF SERVICES FREE OF COST BECAUSE I have checked with Share khan during my checking of first instance and he has agreed on that part and on the same time.

All THESE THINGS ARE DONE ON VERBALLY OVER ON PHONE THERE IS NO DOCUMENTS PROOF WITH ME. When I have shifted the funds in that account then they have deducted 750 Rs. from my account and hold up 1000 Rs.. Towards account maintaining charges. After 2-3 weeks account has been finally opened and then at the time of account opening I have been assured that the team members will help me to operate the Kotak securities software but they didn’t arrange it and even the team members are misbehaving. And when they didn’t help me out then I moved to share khan and opened a fresh account. Sir, please help me to save other person to get this type of fraud teams because they are making false promises and HARASSING the consumers.

I JUST WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY AND JUST WANT TO ENSURE THAT THEY WILL NOT DO THIS WITH ANY BODY.
