I had ordered a Koutons Combo of blazer on 2014-04-08 11:16:47. The estimated dispatch date was 7-10 business days after order. But they dispatch after about 65 days on 2014-06-16 10:02:51.0. But the product arrive is not as i had order because, it is too much long and also it is used. I have tried of doing calls and mails. i had try 100 times but, They have not attend a call of mine. And firstly they replying the mails but know they are not. Please help me.

I have lost my mobile balance about Rs 50.00/- by doing calls, but they have not attend a one. And The most thing The Time.

If they can sent me another product with size that i have told them which is 34. And if they can not then the refund amount of Rs 1099/-.
