I booked a flat no 1-I at the first floor of municipal holding nos RGM/M/138/2006-07, RGM/M/139/2006-07 and AS/235/BL-BD, Krishnapur, Rabindra Pally (Building Name – Krishna Fort) on 2/12/2009 from Krishna Abasan Pvt Ltd. I paid Rs 2,10,000/- at the time of booking. I also paid additional Rs 3,00,000/- on 24/3/2010 by taking home loan from SBI. As per agreement Promoter was bound to deliver by October, 2010. Promoter delayed hand over the possession of flat month by month and at Jan, 2012 they told that hand over of flat is not possible in near future. After discussion they agreed to return the total paid amount along with interest part by part. According to that they returned Rs 1,00,000/- on 27/1/12 and Rs 4,10,000/- on 26/3/12. But, still now they didn’t returned any amount as interest. I visited office of Krishna Abasan Pvt Ltd, Plot No. 34/1, Bangur Avenue, Block – B, Police Station – Lake Town, Kolkata – 700055, Dist – North 24 Parganas, several times in between and every time they said they will pay but till today they didn’t.
