KTM Bikes – Worst Service Center

I own a KTM Duke 200, it is 2015 model. I have been using regularly with proper maintenance. So far i would have spent above 1/3 of bikes cost for servicing. But still often i face problems. I’m coming to the main issue. On September I faced starting trouble with my bike. And I went to KTM service OMR, Chennai, Tamilnadu. They diagnosed the issue and told me that there’s some issue with stator coil which is worn out after a long while. So the battery is not getting charged while running. And that’s why I face starting troubles. And then I changed the stator coil and engine oil and so and so related. and again after a month I faced the same starting trouble as before. Again I checked with the same service center and they took nearly a week to diagnose the issue and told me that they have to check with the wiring and so and so. Later they stated that there is some wiring shortage and that is the reason battery is not recharging while running. And again they did some work on it and changed spark plug so and so. And they delivered the bike. And within a month now again I faced the same issue. Last friday on 13th of Dec I reached out there and asked them what could be the issue. They said it is closing time there is no space left to intake your bike, I said I was toking the bike from a very long distance can’t able to take back give a try. Later they took the bike and said will check the issue and will call back on saturday listing the issue. But they didn’t call. I called on inquired on Monday, they said concern person will be calling you by today. But they didn’t call back or gave any info regarding. And again on Tuesday I called and inquired about the status, again some person said will be calling within the evening and let me know the status, and again they didn’t. And on Wednesday morning they called me and told that stator coil has worn out. And I casually asked what is the reason for it, that guy told me that it happens usually with lifetime. That is the reason, and if replaced it will be resolved he said. And I asked him whether he checked the history service of the bike or not.? And he said that he will be calling back after checking on it. After an hour he gave me a call back and said that there is some wiring issue which has been bitten by some rat. I really shocked at his conveying. And asked him to send photos. I never think that any rat could go inside that place of that circuit and there is no other marks of rat. I don’t know what do they think about customers. Are they giving service or else doing some dirty business?? I’m about to go and check the bike, I asked them to keep onhold. I’m just confused what is going on. I do have all the proofs/bills they provided earlier. I hope anyone can help me out from this. Love towards bikes are getting spoiled because of such irresponsible services. -Unfaithful customer of KTM services.
