visited Labelle, Hyderabad for my acne treatment.After consulting with them I booked the package. I started treatment but after first sitting there are so many red patched on my face instead of reducing acne.I asked them to refund my package as the treatment is not suitable but the staffs misbehaved with me and the money was not returned.

Why are the consumer laws in India not in favor of consumers and are favoring Business who only want to loot the innocent consumers ?
