i sent two packets of marriage cards to delhi on 31/12/2010throughg ondot courier sri ganganagar vide awb no 615199164 and 165.The owner told me that these packet would be delivered upto 2/3rd of jan2011but they did not delivered upto 10th of jan2011. I had to purchase and prnt new crds. thus I had to bear a loss of 5000/Rs. Please compensate me above rupes jag mohan parnami
