I am Shubhabrata Das, from Patuli, kolkata-700094. I renewed my subscription in 24 June 2009 (cheque no-266923, Axis Bank) and my cheque was encashed on 1st July and yet till date I have not received the coupons for the paper although I need to give my vendor urgently the coupon.Everyday my vendor asks for that coupon.Almost two months have been past.The telephone numbers given are either dead or not answered as I have failed to connect the office to register my complaint.In case it is of any help my Order No. is RTOY 3034719 dated 24 06 2009. The subscription was paid by AXIS Bank cheque no 266923 dated 24-06- 2009 and encashed on 01. 07 2009. PRE name is Sudipto Som.

I sincerely hope this will receive the attention it deserves and the corresponding authority will solve my problem as soon as possible.
