Our BSNL number 24222883 has lot of issues. The phone gives only one ring and cuts the call automatically for any incoming call. Outgoing call, just dials the number and its also automatically cut. The BSNL cables were recently laid around 8 months back. The dial tone is absolutely not heard because of lot of disturbance (Gush sound) in background. We are unable to make/recieve any calls. This phone is dead from past 3 weeks. We have complained the BSNL engineers about this.
The same number has broadband connection. The connection gets disconnected for around 5times per hour. We have complained the same. If it rains, The internet gets disconnected and doesnt connect until the rain has stopped and the weather outside becomes very dry.
They say that the cables are not laid properly and hence we have these issues. We dont see any action being taken on our complaint. The BSNL officers are also not picking our calls.
