Our landline no. 01334-228555 is installed at 358 B, Govindpuri-Haridwar & this no. is not working since last 4 months. We have complaint many times to BSNL-Haridwar verbally, Written letters & on 198 no. But no action has not been taken so far. Still our phone no. is dead. Kindly look in to the matter.
