I have purchased a Samsung NPRV410 Laptop-2575816 @ Rs. 18343.08 with Samsung Carrycase-2576491 @ Rs.1146.92 Through SBI Online payment in favor of Futurebazaar.com FUTUREBAZAAR INDIA LIMITED Reg. Invoice No.800666611 Invoice Date : 10-09-2011 AWB No. 44248907463 After one week the laptop stop working and lost my all data My Business was totally effected and cause a lot of trouble and loss.
Then i submitted the laptop Samsung service center Calicut after two days they said that the laptop Mother board was not functioning it will take a lot of time to replaced the motherboard I asked the servicing authorities to refund my amount that i was spending for the Laptop but the didn’t give me a correct replay.
In this condition Sir kindly take necessary steps for refund my amount as early as possible.
