my laptop is not working as expected & working very slow i called the customer care but they could not make it up to the mark. we did it several times but the nothing has changed in my laptop performance moreover the screen is going off several times a day in the middle of my work.if this problem wont be rectified in couple of days, i wont have any choice rather to complain this to Michal Dell
