There is no update on my laptop repair even after 7 days. Before the payment, I was told that it would take 2-3 days to know the estimation and further 5 days to repair it on cost approval (if any).

Still I have not received any information from etechies. I handed over my laptop on 18th-Sep-2013 and today is 6th Oct 2013. I am really repenting to go with etechies. I selected you because i was promised to get it in 10 days. I have really very important office work to do from home and . Please deliver it on or before 11th Oct else I will approach another channel against etechies.
