I had booked for a cylinder on 9th June, booking number 2739, from M/s Gas & Gadgets in Manton Supermarket, Behala. They are never customer friendly and can hardly be spoken to over phone. A cylinder was delivered to me only on 2nd July, after the increase of LPG prices. Why has this happened – there is no short supply of cylinders because daily I have seen delivery men on the streets. Also, on checking the receipt, I find they have given a new booking number 473 dated 1/7/2010 and time of booking is 17:19 hrs – I am a working person, and did not make any booking at this time or date. Request to kindly take up the matter.
