1- I had purchased one Mobile hand set Make A700 bearing its I M E I No. 911246750476050 from ebay (saller cromaelectronicstore) for a total sale consideration of 6927 Rs/- vide Bill No. SL1E000001932 dated 20/04/2013. 2- Xolo are the manufacturer of the Xolo A700 Mobiles 3- That the GPS of A700 is had not been working properly for which I meet XOLO care in Bangalore to repair the same (dated 31.08.2013, Workorder No. 310000100844). Xolo care told me that said mobile handset does not support GPS. As per your website GPS is supported in this model. 4- Then I sent multiple e-mails (dated Sep 5th, Sep 29th, Oct 7th, Oct 11, Oct 17, Oct 21, Oct 21 Oct 29 and Oct 31 of 2013). Every time I got a reply “we have already escalated your concern to our service team. Once we will get revert from their side, we will surely update you”. Till now I didn’t get any resolution even after waiting 60 days.

I just need my phone’s GPS fixed.
