The company replaced my handset when it was in the warranty when I got back to them and told them the problems I am facing they said the handset is fine your sim card is faulty which wasn’t faulty at all, I showed them that .I am having problem like no network coverage , no caller Id screen , charging port is very loose (I have to hold it for charging) ,etc

I want my handset to be changed by the company and provide me with the phone of my choice which works fine and compensation of 10000 because it is due to their absurd services that I lost some business and got bad marks in studies
