Lava Xolo Mobile Handset – faulty product

Hi, I have bought XOLO X900 in october 2012 but since then i have been facing problem with it. The major problem is with its battery. I had to send the mobile to XOLO service center 4 times. Now also my mobile is in XOLO service center and they are just wasting my time. I have to call them again and again and every other day they give me a new commitment of replacing battery and making it available to me. But now i really want to have my money back. Could you please help me with this.

I want my money because in spite of complaining them about battery, they are not properly replying to my queries.
